Each wing tip typically contains approximately 45–50% lean ostrich meat, 25–30% bone, and 20–25% cartilage, skin and connective tissue, creating a biologically appropriate treat that delivers both flavour and functional nutrition.
The bone provides a natural source of calcium and phosphorus, while the cartilage, skin and connective tissue supply collagen and natural joint-supporting compounds.
The firm, textured structure encourages prolonged chewing, helping mechanically clean teeth and support healthy gums as plaque is gently scraped away during chewing.
